Please consider adding a CPF (Consumer Protection Fund) contribution of $50, $100 or $500.  CPF helps fund our legislative and public education efforts, as well as our bike helmet program.

A portion of membership dues payments may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses.  $50.00 of each dues payment is attributable to the CPF and is not tax deductible. Pursuant to the Omnibus Budget and Reconciliation Act of 1993, MTLA estimates that no more than 95 percent (95%) of the remainder of the membership dues are deductible by MTLA members as a business expense.

Please contact MTLA if you work for an organization that is prohibited by law from making CPF payments.

No contribution or gift to MTLA is deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
